Shipping Method

All products are sent from our store Monarosa Concept Store located in Hong Kong. For shipments and returns, we use SF EXPRESS. For the launch of our online store, we have chosen to ship our items locally only.

Please note that buyers are responsible for the shipping cost of the return items.

Estimated Delivery Time

We do our best to prepare and ship our customers orders within 3 working days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive your order within an estimate of 2-5 business days of its ship date. The shipping period could be varied due to the distance of the location but we work our hardest to get you your order as soon as possible.

Please note that we do not ship during public holidays and we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs and natural occurrences.
